HUOMN Program — Terms & Conditions

This document outlines the terms governing the relationship between HUOMN INC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the participant (“you”). By booking a HUOMN Program, you agree to all terms below.

1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Payment Requirements

• Full program balance is due 30 days before the Program start date.
• If you book within 30 days of the Program, the full balance is due immediately after the 72-hour cancellation window closes.
• All payments are billed in USD.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

• 72-Hour Full Refund: You may cancel within 72 hours of booking for a 100% refund.
• After 72 hours: All payments become 100% non-refundable.
• No credits, rollovers, or transfers are guaranteed.

2. Changes or Cancellations by Us

2.1 We may modify the Program schedule or cancel the Program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, safety issues, low enrollment).
2.2 If we cancel the Program, you will receive a full refund.

3. No Drug or Alcohol Policy

3.1 HUOMN maintains a strict no drug or alcohol policy for all Programs.
3.2 Possession or use of drugs or alcohol may result in removal without refund.
3.3 Anyone appearing under the influence may be refused participation.

4. Media Release

4.1 We may capture photos, videos, or audio during the Program.
4.2 By attending, you grant HUOMN permission to use such media for marketing without compensation.
4.3 If you do not wish to appear in media, notify us in writing before the Program begins.

5. Personal Responsibility & Conduct

5.1 HUOMN Programs are designed for personal growth and nervous system regulation. Results vary.
5.2 You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
5.3 Respectful behavior toward others, staff, and the Program environment is mandatory.
5.4 Our staff may dismiss any participant whose behavior compromises safety or group integrity without refund.
5.5 By booking, you acknowledge full responsibility for your choices and actions during the Program.

6. Medical Disclosures

6.1 You must disclose any major medical conditions, injuries, disabilities, or allergies that could affect your participation.
6.2 Provide written notice and medical clearance if needed.
6.3 Disclose all prescription medications, supplements, or herbal remedies you plan to take during the Program.
6.4 Failure to disclose relevant information releases HUOMN from liability for adverse effects.
6.5 All medical information remains confidential and is used solely for participant safety.

7. Liability Release

7.1 Participation involves inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional discomfort, or unexpected events.
7.2 By booking, you release HUOMN INC, its team, and affiliates from all liability related to your participation.

8. Assumption of Risk

8.1 You voluntarily participate and assume all risks, including those arising from other participants, staff actions, facility conditions, or third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All Program materials (text, videos, audio, practices, methods) are intellectual property of HUOMN.
9.2 You may not copy, share, or reproduce Program content without written permission.

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

10.1 We collect personal information to deliver Program services and maintain communication.
10.2 We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law.
10.3 Medical disclosures remain confidential.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Program takes place.
11.2 Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
