HUOMN — 7-Day Nervous System Reset Retreat near Ubud, Bali

HUOMN is a nervous system reset center in Sukawati, near Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It runs the 7-Day Renewal, a small-group retreat for stress reduction and self-regulation built on the Neurogenic Regulation Method™ — breathwork, somatic practices, yoga and NeuroNutrition. Each week is capped at 14 guests.

• Program: 7-Day Renewal, every week Sunday to Saturday. Final week: December 27, 2026 – January 2, 2027. No 2027 programs.
• Location: Sukawati, Bali — about 40 minutes from Ubud and 60 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport (DPS).
• Group size: 14 guests maximum.
• Price: Rp 19.600.000 (shared room) to Rp 46.460.000 (Horizon Suite) per person, plus 10% accommodation tax. Prices in Indonesian rupiah.
• Included: Accommodation, all chef-prepared meals (high-fat, high-protein, nightshade-free), daily breathwork, yoga and somatic sessions, BOLT Score measurement on day 1 and day 7.
• Optional add-ons: Balinese massage, energy cleansing, sound healing.
• Not included: Airport transfers.
• Commitment: 7-day sobriety for the length of the program.
• Arrival: Check-in from 2:00 PM Sunday; orientation 5:00 PM (arrive by 4:30 PM).
• Booking: Reserve now, pay later. A room is held with only a name and email; full payment by bank transfer is due 14 days before arrival.
